It is I, Adam. NCAA 13 is out. I bought it this year after skipping two iterations and it seems I haven't forgotten how to score digital touchdowns and get digital interceptions. So, with UTSA in the game, we figure it is time to start an online dynasty with the people.

CUSA 13 Teams.
That means you get to pick one of ECU, FIU, Marshall, So Miss, UAB, LaTech, UNT, UTSA, Rice, Tulane, Tulsa, UTEP.
Since ODU and Charlotte are not in the game, I'll let the last two be wild cards if you absolutely need them.
