I had heard rumors about Adidas updating our uniforms for FBS all winter, but today I found some pictures to confirm. First up, players will have their names on the back of their jerseys. No picture, but that's a given. Secondly, UTSA will finally have an alternative helmet-- super clean and all white. It also looks like the UTSA word-mark is larger as well. The picture below is certainly not the final product so take it with a grain of salt. If you look closely, you can see that the blue stripe with the orange trim has been retained.
And the kicker-- Adidas has graced the Roadrunners with some badass gloves. While Adidas picked up where Nike started with Logo Gloves, they have featured some pretty
cool ones lately. Here you can see UTSA equipment manager Mike Villa posing with the new gloves. I love it.
